Absence... As usual...

I can never seem to keep up with this place. :/ Regardless, I at least have a good excuse this time. My mother was diagnosed with leukemia in January and I've been preoccupied with school and her illness and finding work and adapting to all the changes that have come with her sickness, the chemo and such... It's been quite overwhelming. But she's doing much better now, so maybe I'll be here at least a bit more often. :) Here's hoping, anyway...

Good to be back ^^

I missed this place more than I realized. It's nice to finally have a computer that works well enough to be able to get on much more frequently. I put up a few older stories from an online writing course I took just to get a little activity going on my page while I try to write something new. I was so excited, because I got a camera and I was going to post more pictures, but my dad stepped on it. >.< We're going to see about getting it fixed, but God knows when that will be. Anyway, just a bit of rambling. Updating everyone on where I am in life. Hope everyone has a great day! <3 Storm

Absence makes the heart grow fonder

Or can get you chased out of town with pitchforks when you finally dare show your face again. UGH, I have been through some mess. Made obvious by the fact that I vanished for almost a year. I have no idea when I'll ever be active again, but I've checked in, I AM alive, and eventually I have every intention of becoming a regular visitor to the site once more. It doesn't help that my laptop has to struggle to even have the site open. It's one of those tiny deals from Dell. I'm getting a new one in May of '11 when I graduate. ^^ All right, my friends, my computer's trying to crash, so I'm logging out for now. But hopefully I will be back again
